However, the actual cars I have received the few times I've rented here have been mediocre to plain unacceptable. It's obvious that these are the hand-me-down cars from the airport, and they have all had 30,000+ miles and are far from mint condition. I've had to go back and exchange a vehicle for something else twice, with one reeking of smoke so much that I was getting headaches while driving. The replacement had its own issues, but as is usually the case with this location, they rarely have other options. I get that they don't control the cars completely, but I would avoid this location, if possible, just to have a better chance of getting a better vehicle. Nothing against the folks that work here, they have all be professional to work with, but not my preferred location for a rental.

A previous rental (an Audi) was so disgusting I had to exchange it the same day—ants were crawling out of the vents, and I even took pictures and videos for proof. On my most recent visit, the car had an empty fuel tank, and when I asked for one with a full tank, I was told the manager, Mr. Ramos, doesn’t allow that. While I waited to speak with him, he completely ignored me until I walked out in frustration. To make matters worse, I left my $850 Prada prescription sunglasses in the rental and called immediately, but staff were uninterested and never followed up, even after a week. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Avoid this location if you value respect, cleanliness, and accountability.
