    Paul was extremely kind and helpful, he went above and beyond to help me. I had an accident on my way to work, had to get myself a rental. Paul help me got a white dodge, which after half a day of driving turned out to be bigger than what I’m used to. Tried to switch it for a smaller one the next day, but I’m working a 14h day that day and won’t be able to make it to the store before they close. Paul went out of his way to call the downtown Seattle branch a few minutes from my workplace and helped me arrange a 3rd-location exchange (which they typically won’t do for obvious reasons) so I was able to swap my car during lunch break. Never got the time to thank him properly afterwards, but his excellent customer service has bought my support. As long as I still live in the area, this location would always be my #1 choice for rental cars.
