  Got my oil change there and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I am pretty picky with my car and usually do my own maintenance but is no longer an option. I appreciate they triple check the oil level with another tech and the customer as well. I was a little worry about the use of vacuuming out the oil from the top but amount extracted match what I typically get from a standard drain from below. So one less worry about a strip bolt and still got all the oil out. The standard basic car check was nice, told me my battery was starting to fail and one of my license plate light was out. No pressure up sales and cost for the fix seem reasonable. The actual price of the oil change was $112 for full synthetic up to 5 qt. This is was good price given the area. Be sure to check online for any coupons.

  Stopped in on the 4th for an oil change. Carl was so friendly and helpful, I was in and out super fast.

  Got an oil change, filter change, and new wipers, it only took 15 mins and was pretty cheap! The whole crew was friendly and Charlotte did a great job breaking down any recommended services

  I had the pleasure of working with Clark and his crew! They were incredibly kind, efficient and talked me through all of the services. Normally getting my oil changed is something I dred but I look forward to coming back! I also loved witnessing the team work and the quality control checks to ensure their customers were leaving safely was very nice. Highly recommend!!

  I went in for a much needed oil change on my 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage. I explained beforehand that I would like the fluids topped off or replaced if they were low. They agreed that they would take care of it. They recommended that I get my automatic transmission fluid replaced because it was really old so I thought they know better than I do. $312 later after I find out that they never did what I had asked them to do. On the invoice it said that the window washer fluid, and coolant levels were ok. That was not the case. The fluid reservoirs were still very low and never refilled like I asked them to do. Yesterday I talked to a technician at the Redmond location who then transferred me to what I think was their customer complaint line. I was told I would get a call back yesterday and they never followed up and called back. I will go down there myself and ask that this be taken care of. I will not be ignored. I'm now worried about taking my car there again because I don't trust that they say they will do something I asked for. The only good thing that came out of it was that obviously they changed the oil and the automatic transmission fluid because my car is driving way better but after reading some of the bad reviews I'd rather take my car elsewhere knowing that I will have much better service. Valvoline Do better!
