- JAJohn AbramczykMar 14, 20261.0Every time I go to this station on Meridian, I have to go inside stand in line and have them reset the pump so I can push yes to redeem points. This last time the attendant was the most useless person I have encountered. I had to ask twice to reset the pump. He asked If I tried swiping my credit card first and I told him the last time I put the card in first it would not let me redeem points and I had to pay full price because the attendant could not help me fix it. The he suggested I have him run it from the counter? Really???? Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the point of pay at the pump is so I do not have to stand in line? If you could take the time out of your busy schedule (?), please have someone fix the pumps so I do not have to waste my time running back and forth? Also, train your people to deal with these issues.
