  I booked a reservation for a truck days ago, and even confirmed/checked in before being dropped off by Lyft this morning. The agent behind the counter told me she had no trucks available as the person that brings the trucks didn’t show up. She then tried to call the person that’s supposed to deliver the truck and their phone kept going straight to voicemail. When we finally did get them on the phone, they said it would be an hour and a half before they could have the truck delivered. My reservation was at 10 AM when they opened so it wasn’t another customer that was late returning the truck. This was an employee that delivers the truck to this location. A courtesy call this morning advising there was no truck would’ve been nice so I didn’t waste my time and money ordering two Lyfts. What really pissed me off is the agent behind the counter told me I should’ve called to make sure they had my truck before I showed up. Why would I need to call as a customer if I’ve booked a reservation and your system said you had availability?. It should be up to the company to notify the customer who reserved a vehicle that one wasn’t going to be available for my desired time . I will never rent from this location again. The agent behind the counter said I would have to wait another hour and a half for a truck which I couldn’t do because I already had movers on their way.
