  Went through insurance experience was pleasant. Car was fixed within a week which was expected and they cleaned out my car completely and got rid of a stringent odor that I’ve had in the car.

  Delayed service, returned the vehicle with dirty seat. Management is very hard to deal with.

  Great service. My car was finished earlier then expected and jax was amazing keeping me updated. Car looks great and was washed and cleaned. Staff was friendly and went over everything thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on there car from an accident.

  Had an amazing experience with Gerber in Puyallup. Danielle, Roman, and Jaxx were top notch. The communication and twice a week updates were above and beyond customer service. The quality of work is amazing. Can't even tell my truck was in an accident. Glad to know that companies still care about the customer.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Brand new car, 70 miles on it. came in for a bumper repair from a road hazard. Bumper looked great after repairs, but the grill got 2 narly scratches (from dropping it I dunno, they didn't have an answer for me other then o I dunno. We'll order you a new one. Which is on NATIONAL BACKORDER) when I came to get the "finished" car I did a walk over (mind you BRAND NEW off the dealership) and they had "washed" it and dried it. There were swirl scratches ALL OVER THE CAR. Almost every panel. I brought it up to the walk through guy and he took his HOODY sleeve and aggressively tried to wipe the scratches with it. My wife told him to stop, that his sleeve was not made of microfiber cloth. He then said we should be able to buff those out. HOW ABOUT YOU DONT SCRATCH THE NEW PAINT JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE?! They said to bring it in the following Monday, and they would buff it. Dropped it off Monday and didn't hear from them until I called that Wednesday when they opened at 8am; when I was told it wasn't ready but "should be" ready at 5 pm. Their managers answer to all this was sorry. That's it. The scratches are still there, you can barely see them but they are there in the sunshine. But the fact is that we pay an asinine amount of money for these cars. And a repair shop should repair your car "like new!" Not add damages and scratches, then tell you I'm sorry we'll buff it. HOW ABOUT your million dollar corporation Fix the paint job and stop trying to save YOURSELF money on YOUR MESS UP! Horrible experience and I will warn everyone about it so they don't have to subject their car or themselves to this headache.
