  Terrible first time experience. I had reserved a van 2 weeks in advance and was given a phone call the night before to make sure I arrive early for my 10am reservation because they were going to be busy. When I showed up at 9am, they told me I had to wait until 10am regardless of how early I showed up. (If that’s the case, what was the point of the call?) I proceeded to wait an 1hr and 20min just to be told that they don’t have the vehicle because there was a recall a week prior. Why wasn’t a courtesy call provided so that I could try to resolve this issue earlier? This ended up ruining our weekend plans since we couldn’t take our extended family out to see the area. Never taking my business here again.

  Be careful when reserving a vehicle. They confirm that they will have the vehicle you require and when you show up, they don't have it. They also require a deposit and do not take debt cards. The info you get upon reserving the vehicle does NOT match the info they give you when you show up to get the vehicle.

  Made a reservation on Sunday, called in the morning. They said my car would be ready by 1:30. They confirmed my booking after taking my insurance info. Said it would be around $30/day to rent a sedan after my insurance discount. Around 11, I call again to ask if the reservation was ready, they said it would be ready by 1:30 and that they would call when it is ready. The gentleman on the phone sounded high both times I called him, was slow to respond, and also had no idea what car I was going to be getting that day. 1:30 rolls around and they do not call. I called around 1:35 and no answer, despite saying online their hours are open until 2 pm. I will not ever be renting through this company. Super poor customer service. They still did not call even the next day.

  The store manager Kari at this place is the best. She deserves a very very high salary Running too many customers all by herself on Sundays, wow
