Come 3 o'clock no call, no text, no email, nothing. Call and no answer, confirmed by a friend my car is sitting in the same spot I left it in. I walk down there to see what's going on and was told my windshield is un-repairable and that the tech said they called me. Car was left unlocked for who knows how long after I dropped it off locked. Would not go back to this place, the lady at the front desk was super nice (like other reviews have mentioned) but the staff other then her need some communication work with the ones handling customers.

After scheduling appointment they reach out and cancel since they don’t have enough workers to perform the job. Then I schedule with Puyallup location but had to wait a week. Apparently they have 15 minutes appointment wait time if you are late by 18 minutes they won’t serve you even there is nobody else there. They don’t understand how to work with customers. I was feeling like they are doing me a favor not a job for which they will receive a huge check from insurance. I will never use them again or recommend to others!

- MMMike MartinDec 10, 20255.0Got a rock chip and crack today close to the edge of my Windshield. Saskia at the Puyallup location was positive, friendly, and got me an appointment for same day. I got there early and they were still able to get me in very quick. Being 2 inches from the edge and already having 2 inches of crack makes for a difficult repair. Allison the repair girl was amazing! She was able to do her magic and still get it to suction on to do the repair. She drilled it filled it and was able to fill most of the crack. It's barely noticeable. I highly recommend Puyallup Safelite Auto Glass. Wish I would have taken a before picture so I could post a before and after.
