  I will not be back due to the fact that I have to listen to the spiel to try to get me to be a member every time I want to get a single car wash

  My vehicle was damaged when the truck behind me struck it in the middle of the car wash. Once you enter their system, your vehicle is under their control — yet I was left holding the bag. Quick Quack has offered no compensation and no meaningful apology. The only explanation I received was that it wasn’t their fault because the vehicle behind me somehow shifted into drive. That simply doesn’t make sense to me. I believe the vehicles were spaced too closely, and the truck behind me appeared to have oversized tires that, according to their own policy, should not have been permitted through the wash. At the end of the day, I’m left paying my deductible, dealing with diminished value now that my vehicle has an accident history, and going without a car during repairs — all for something that happened inside their equipment. There’s another car wash down the street with an elephant mascot. Seems like a great time to give them my business instead. If this is how Quick Quack handles situations when customers’ vehicles are damaged under their system, they may want to reconsider their approach. High-pressure sales at the kiosk and deflecting all responsibility is not a sustainable business model. Good luck, Quick Quack.

  I had such a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Sam. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to see customer service that feels this attentive and upbeat, and Sam really made the difference. Because of him, this was easily one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Quick Quack is lucky to have him!

  Great facility, and friendly staff. Had a wheel brush that I left on a hose pedestal and fell in, I couldn't get it out and I brought it up to one of the attendants. Within a couple of minutes he brought it to me. So thank you brother.. Great place to detail your car.

  Josh at Quick Quack Car Wash is hands-down one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I pulled in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to help. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered every question without rushing, and made sure I walked away with the best deal for my needs. You can tell Josh truly cares about customers and takes pride in his work. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and has a great attitude that makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If every employee had Josh’s energy and work ethic, Quick Quack would be unbeatable. If you go to Quick Quack, do yourself a favor and ask for Josh. He’s an absolute asset to the company and deserves recognition for how well he represents the brand. Mckendra was also the best loader I have ever had!!!
