  I visited your Puyallup, Washington location this morning around 8:30 a.m. While vacuuming my truck, I noticed something in the mesh panel on the back of the seat. Without thinking, I used the vacuum to remove it and quickly realized—much too late—that it was a heart necklace I had lost months ago. I immediately spoke with one of your staff members, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She shut down the vacuum to check the canister, and although the necklace wasn’t there, she and another team member went above and beyond by taking my contact information and arranging for the night crew to keep an eye out in case it could be located. I know the odds of finding it are slim, but I mainly wanted to share how impressed I was with the care, professionalism, and willingness to help shown by your employees. Sadly, I didn't get the ladies names, but, if possible, I would appreciate this being shared with the location manager, so they know what a great team they have.

  Quick Quack took over from Glint carwash and I thought to myself, I hope this place is good because Glint was fantastic at getting my car cleaned. This car wash didn't meet my expectations. My car never feels clean. The brushes never seem to reach all the spots on the car. My cousin who hasn't washed her car in months came over for a car wash and had to go in twice because her car was still dirty the first time around. After the 2nd time, it was still dirty but we gave up and went home! I cancelled our family account on the MyQQ app and I deleted my payment card info on the app. It did show our account cancelled on the app but when I checked my bank account the next week I saw a charge go through. I tried to log back in to the app and now it is showing I do not have an existing account. I sent an email but I never heard back from this company. So I finally had to call and I spoke to someone who didn't have much of a bedside manner tell me that I never created an account and that he could only refund last month's charges one time. I am not happy with this company and will take our family cars to the other car washes instead!

  Car wash is nice, and easy to use but it leaves a streaky film on your windshield overtime if you use the Ceramic Duck or Lucky Duck wash. It builds up so much, I had to have my windshield polished to remove it. I’d suggest just the basic wash that avoids the waxes they use here. It sucks because when this location was Glint, it wasn’t an issue. One more thing, the employees seem like they REALLY don’t want to be there. They are rather unfriendly, and would rather be talking in a group than helping you.

  Got a car wash today at the Quick Quack on Meridian. I got the Ceramic Duck package. You know, the one that cost $31 and some change. But it only washed about $27 worth of the truck. See the photo. Pretty much seems a like a BS operation, and I would never recommend and will not be going back.

  I miss when this car wash was Glint car wash. I am shocked that this place gets the ratings that it has on Google . I am making this review after several issues with this car wash. The last several times we have gone through the car wash regardless of which level of wash we get the car is not clean afterwards. The brushes never even come down and touch all of the windows leaving the little dirt triangles in the corners and top half of all of the windows. The last time we went through it was still significantly dirty after we exited so we went back through again free of charge but on the second time through the car wash alarm went off in the middle of us being in there along with other cars so the car was still just as dirty afterwards. We complained to the attendant who said he could not do anything to help us except let us go through another time and gave us the customer service number because he was not allowed to give a refund. When we called the customer service number they also said they were not allowed to give refunds and they would email us a coupon for a free car wash which we never received. Today we decided to go through the car wash and just get a basic car wash to remove dirt and again it was horrible and again the car wash alarm went off and stalled in the middle of the car wash. Yes our car was in neutral with no brakes. When this car wash was Glint we never had any problems. The attendants would actually use a brush to kind of tidy up your windows before you even went through. Every single time I go through this car wash it bends my license plate in half . I'm glad they still have the free vacuums but even those they changed out and they are not as powerful and do not do as good of a job and oftentimes even though they have complimentary towels, the towel dispensers are empty. Also nice that they have the air compressor in the vacuum area but often times those don't work either because they are so kinked up. I would have gotten a better car wash had I let an inexperienced teenager do it by hand. All the staff are always friendly but even they seem frustrated when we bring up the concerns as if they know and they wish they could do something about it but they can't.
