  Waited in line for a longtime. While they were trying to sell memberships. Alot of pressure to buy a membership after stating several times I just want a single carwash. Then after all that the brush that gets the top of your car and front windshield as.well as hatch didn't even in gage. I will stick with Elephant car wash

  I got a car wash here during the opening, when I got out to look at how well my car was cleaned I noticed a scuff mark line from front to back on both sides of my vehicle. Not sure if the machines were too new or not calibrated but I definitely did not enter the wash with the marks. I put in a claim and they said they are going to do nothing about it. “Insufficient evidence” Furious with the way they are handling this.

  Love the location. Staff are very nice but the wash didn't clean one side of my Toyota Tacoma so went back through a second time with no luck. I'd also like to ask the manager to fix the vacuum blowers in the drive through, it is way to strong and it ripped my rubber molding from the top of the cab, Not a happy customer. Ive always ran my truck through a wash and never experienced this anywhere on So Hill.

  I stopped last Sunday at the new facility on Canyon Rd, Puyallup, WA. I fell for the Grand Opening pitch, bought the $11 Ceramic, and signed up (with my credit card). On Monday, I found that the back of my vehicle had not been cleaned and I stopped to complain. I was told the manager doesn't work Mondays, they couldn't find me in their computer system so I left my phone number. (We'll see if my card gets charged again.) I have not had a call. I will not be returning. Update: It appears all of the review responses are AI generated. And, it appears that many customers had a similar experience -r car not being adequately cleaned. Why should we have to take our cars through twice - and expect it to be different the second time?

  Went here because of the “ free car wash “ signs all over the side of the road. Pulled in and had cars in front of me, to my right and behind me, the lady walks up and says that they aren’t doing free car washes but they’re doing memberships for $9.99 with no obligations or penalties so you can cancel anytime. I decided to get the memberships painting was stuck in the long lines of cars, I receive the email and I was charged $11 and then read on to see that there is a fee to cancel your membership in the first 40 days. The car wash was mid, the false advertisement is trash, the employees were ok.
