- HHhakJan 14, 20261.0i’ve been getting my oil changed at this location for years and after my most recent experience, i won’t be coming back. i was told that my coolant was “very low” by a young man and i told him not to top off as i will do it myself at home. minutes later another guy tells me that my coolant reservoir is “completely empty”. at this point i’m quite confused and suspicious, but i don’t say anything. the same man rings me up and immediately starts laughing and making fun of me for being “frugal” simply because i chose a synthetic blend of oil and i used a coupon! very weird and off putting interaction. anyway, i arrive home and check my coolant levels and guess what? it was FULL, literally at the full line. so not only was i treated poorly, they thought they could scam me! shame on you, jiffy lube. i will not be back. you’ve lost a longtime customer.
