Device malfunctions ; meaning won't let you start your car due to a sync error....then YOU have to pay for it . Countless times having to re blow and suck due to it not registering. Intoxalox is HELL. Then to top it off after your already mad about the next problem your having.. goodluck getting someone on the phone! Takes 30 freakin mins.
