    I got my car back from repair of a deer strike three months ago and have had no issues whatsoever. This was covered by insurance and Gerbers' treated me with kid gloves. I recommend them as a good shop.

    My first experience was the greeting when I walked in the front door. Most folks walk-in for an estimate, right. Mind you 4 people behind the counter two slumped back in chairs phones glued to their face the other two glued to computers. Thinking to myself this gonna be interesting. Hello, I'm here to get an estimate. One person says we can't help you today it was appointment only. they said the soonest was 3 days out. I said never mind and walked out. I just felt that was odd. They weren't too enthused to see a new customer come in Then, I came home. I'm going to check their reviews. Didn't look good to me kind of matched what I thought when I walked out the door, sure glad I did not drop my car off there. Thank the Lord.

    I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE YOU HATE AND WANT TO EXACT REVENGE UPON Over two years ago I dropped off my jeep Cherokee and payed for the repair in full. The distance sensor was broken and needed to be replaced, they said the part was on a national back order and I could come get my car with out the vital safety feature. When I came to pick up my car they insisted my key fab was dead and tried starting my car for over 45 minutes, finally I went to go see the issue- they were starting the wrong car and my car wasn’t even in the shop, it was back in the corner of the fenced in lot out back. Over the next two years I called monthly to check on the part, I was given the run around each time. Finally in June of 2025 i was in town (I had moved to Spokane during g my two year wait) and I went in and spoke with the receptionist to finally get it figured out. They said they had the part and could do it the following week, I drove back to Spokane and back to puyallup the following Monday. I dropped off my car, they had it over night and the next day it was “ready”… well it was not ready and the distance sensor was not useable and dinged every 3 miles I drove, even more annoying than when it just didn’t work. I had no chance to take it back as I had to work in Spokane the following day. So the next Monday, drive from Spokane to puyallup again, this time they claimed it would only take 4 hours, and they would get me a rental for the half day. Well the part was broken and had to be reordered. I was expecting to only have the rental for a short time, so I brought my dog so we could go camping in my car after it was done. I ended up having the rental for 3 weeks while waiting, and my dog was with me the whole time. Finally my car was ready, I drove from Spokane to puyallup for the fourth time for a grand total of 2,480 miles traveled to get my car. The rental car company wants to charge me a 200 dollar pet fee, had I known it would not be the 4 hours they originally promised-I wouldn’t have brought my dog. Gerber is refusing to g to pay the pet fee, I have spent over 1000 dollars on gas, 48hours of time commuting to get my car (most of those drives were pointless as my car wasn’t fixed), and now enterprise is trying to send me to collections for this pet fee. Again, if I knew I would be in the rental for more than 4 hours I would not have brought my dog. Connor stress how difficult this company has been. Manager Elizabeth is not out to assist or be helpful, receptionist Roman does not pass messages along, the white haired lady is the one that had them starting the wrong car for 45 minutes, and the shop manager is the worst of them all and never returns calls, hangs up on holds after an hour. Cannot stress enough, if there is someone you hate or want to majorly inconvenience, give them this shops number because they will get the job done (after two years of misery, multiple trips to the shop, and a collection on their record)

    Had an amazing experience with Gerber in Puyallup. Danielle, Roman, and Jaxx were top notch. The communication and twice a week updates were above and beyond customer service. The quality of work is amazing. Can't even tell my truck was in an accident. Glad to know that companies still care about the customer.
