  Enterprise made the whole process fast and easy. The pickup was smooth, the staff was friendly, and everything was clearly explained. The pricing was very affordable for the quality of service and vehicle I received. Definitely a stress-free experience — I’ll be renting with them again!

  They a very unprofessional. I called to get some information, and the lady that answered just started yapping with someone in the store for several minutes. Didn’t apologize. Just returned to my call sounding annoyed to even talk to me. Once done she just hung up as fast as possible.

  My Ins reserved a car with the Enterprise location due to my car needing repaired. I went to pick up the car, but they didn't have one ready equal to the suv I have. The gave me a sedan for the 1st week until they had a SUV ready. I highly recommend takin pictures of every panel of the vehicle you rent, so you have prof or have a way to prove you didn't damage the vehicle your renting it. Like they did to me. Even though I had a picture on my phone clearly showing the damage when zoomed in. They wouldn't have it, since they weren't able to zoom in to the photo on there tablets and see the mark.

  The whole enterprise team is awesome branch manager Kari, It was very accommodating and worked great with me getting through the process
