From letting me exchange the first car I tried (it was the only one available) to upgrading another customer to an SUV so i could get the Camry they had selected. Special shout out to the manager Sandra and to Mon (not sure if that's his name's spelling but that guy rules) for knocking out out of the park and giving me one less headache in a stressful situation.

Asked to speak to manager 1/2/26 afternoon female actually grabbed the line and refused to rent any car to me ever. She accused me of shouting but I have witnesses as I was at work. Sadly I have occasionally rented and had excellent service on other occasions but no longer can use Enterprise due to this ladies incompetence

- DHDouglas HaughDec 14, 20254.0The staff and service was fantastic but Enterprise as a corporate company should do better reviewing on the vehicles they purchase I ended up with a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander it was extremely clean and overall you would think a good car but I would associate it with driving one of the old Tonka toys as a toddler the back end was loose in all over the road which those vehicles are known for making it feel extremely unsafe
