  This was one of the most unacceptable and alarming experiences I have ever had with any rental company. Enterprise rented me a vehicle that was mechanically unsafe and severely cosmetically damaged. The car should never have been released to a customer. This was a clear failure of basic inspection and safety standards. When I returned the vehicle to report these issues, the situation escalated dramatically. An employee named Jason became aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. He refused to provide a supervisor’s name or contact information and falsely claimed the manager was “in another room,” yet the manager never appeared despite repeated requests. At the same time, Jason was arguing with another customer over the phone, using a mocking tone and saying things like “yeah, nice try” loud enough for everyone to hear. His behavior throughout the interaction was erratic, confrontational, and deeply concerning, raising serious questions about his professionalism and fitness to interact with customers. Jason also refused to provide my rental receipt, which is a basic requirement. Only after I called the police due to his threatening behavior did he finally send the receipt—and shockingly, he sent it from his personal email address instead of an official Enterprise email, which is completely inappropriate and suggests serious policy and data-handling violations. His conduct became so intimidating that I felt unsafe inside the location, and he attempted to force me out of the shop rather than resolve the issue. I have video recordings of this interaction, which I will be sharing. This was not just poor customer service—it was intimidation, refusal to follow standard procedures, and a total lack of accountability. Renting out unsafe vehicles and allowing employees to behave this way is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to inspect vehicles thoroughly before leaving and to document everything. This incident is being escalated through formal complaints.

  These guys down here are awesome. Pick me up from Toyota got me hooked up with the convertible Mustang that That I used and felt good about the team down. There is great. Go see these guys.
