  I dropped off a vehicle here the other day and was stressed because the only empty spot, without blocking other vehicles, was a handicapped spot. The gentleman inside was very helpful and kind. However... I booked a reservation online because my car has been broken down in Ellensburg since last Friday, and my car was finally ready for pickup the following Thursday. There were 7 types of vehicles available for pickup TODAY. I booked a small vehicle to drop off in Ellensburg before that location closed at 5pm. Received my confirmation number via text and email. A minute later, Charles called me to let me know he actually doesn't have any vehicles available until Friday evening - which would be too late for me to drop off in Ellensburg since that location doesn't allow after-hours drop offs. I tried to explain I had JUST dropped off a vehicle on Monday, and there were SO MANY vehicles in the parking lot that I had to drop it in a handicapped spot, so I was surprised to hear they had no vehicles for 2 full days, especially since the Enterprise website (not a third-party) had 7 types of vehicles available for pickup TODAY in Pullman. When I expressed this confusion and said I would have to book with someone else, I was trying to suggest he call ASAP to get the website updated, since it showed MANY available vehicles - not just a couple. Charles hung up on me as I was requesting that, which was just the icing on top of this experience. I don't know if it's because this is the only rental place outside of the airport in Pullman, but with the free bus to the airport and more availability and open hours, I plan to rent from the airport going forward. In fact, through Expedia, picking up at the airport was cheaper than picking up at this Enterprise location!

  Very easy rental process and was treated awesome throughout the entire transaction. Amazing selection of vehicles to choose from and I do recommend enterprise for anybody traveling those long distance drives.

  Seamless renting experience. Turned in the car early and got my other day refunded. They also provided a pick up and drop off courtesy ride due to inclement local weather. Fast and easy. Above all else, great customer service. They will receive my business in the future.

  The manager at this location isa very kind person. He is very respectful and patient in dealing with customers. He loves his and is truly a professional. Generally this Pullman location is very good in dealing with customers to find their choice of car at a reasonable cost..
