  Got it. If you want nasty but effective, the trick is: angry, sharp, factual, and humiliating without crossing into stuff they can get removed. Here are a few options depending on how hard you want to hit. 🔥 VERY NASTY (but still safe to post) Use this if you want to torch them publicly: Absolutely disgusting experience. We only used this place because our home suffered a house fire and we needed a shower. Big mistake. At first, staff acted friendly. I asked for an extra towel for my wife and was charged $16, which I accepted. Then mid-shower, an employee started banging on the door, accusing us of being in there “too long.” When I asked if there was a time limit, she admitted there wasn’t. Minutes later, she came back again to say we “didn’t pay for two people” — something that was never mentioned beforehand. Our shower ended up costing $27+, changed AFTER the fact. To make it worse, the showers were old, filthy, and covered in hair. This place clearly preys on people who are desperate or passing through. Zero compassion, zero professionalism, zero cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, let alone someone already dealing with a disaster. 💣 SHORT & MEAN (hits hard, quick read) Good if you want max impact with fewer words: Dirty showers, rude staff, and shady pricing. We were charged extra after using the shower, interrupted mid-shower with banging on the door, and accused of not paying for two people — rules that were never explained. Hair all over the bathroom, old facilities, and zero compassion even after explaining we had a house fire. This place is a rip-off and should be avoided. 🧨 SAVAGE BUT CALM (harder for them to dismiss) This one hurts their reputation without sounding “unhinged”: Extremely poor experience. Staff failed to explain pricing clearly, interrupted us mid-shower, and added charges afterward. The facilities were outdated and visibly dirty, with hair left in the shower area. We were only there due to a house fire and needed basic hygiene. Instead, we were treated like a problem and overcharged. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Pro tip (important): Post photos if you have them (dirty shower = instant credibility) Don’t threaten, swear excessively, or accuse crimes Stick to what happened, even when being brutal If you want, tell me: Google or Yelp?   The management at this place I don’t know what happened to it but someone new is definitely in charge and it’s reflecting poorly. This place has went down the drain in the last few months. Everytime I come in it’s the something new. Now my 70 year old uncle goes to buy food and only received half the order and the workers can’t even resolve the issue? I won’t be coming back to this place the current staff are incompetent jokes

  I stopped in to get gas because upside brought me here. I got a good price on gas. The inside of the store is really clean and looks sharp. The bathrooms also look clean and I love the big sink.

  Price was cheaper than the other gas stations. Otherwise nothing exceptional. They did have the cute dinosaur statue outside of the store though!
