  we had an amazing experience here! We were moving from Kent to Bremerton back in December 2025, (pu date was 12/31, expected drop off was 1/3, but we didn't make it in until 1/7/26) and drop off location was for port orchard location. I was in my first trimester, and my boy friend was pretty much- or quite litterly was- single handedly moveing the contents of our large 3 bedroom apartment all on his own. It was so stressful. I was plagued with morning- or all day- sickness, and more or less useless in the heavy lifting department. The team at Penske were more than accomadating to our stuggle. They were kind, understanding, and made such a lasting impression- that all these months later, and I still wanted to leave a review. When we had to extend our rental time due to my boyfriend being littrly unable to physically make our intended deadline, the staff (possibly C-Shorb?) delivered flawless, excellent service. He heard us out. Was compassionate. and didnt penalize us for what we had no control over. We are forever grateful. Its always something to receive genuine customer service. Sometimes such generosity feels far and few. But the help we received from Peneske was incrediably. 10 stars if I could give them.

  I rented a truck at the last minute and the Port Orchard location was a life saver. They had the truck ready to go when I arrived and it took all of 5 minutes to check out. Chad is very pleasant and efficient. My husband said the truck was much nicer than another well known rental truck company, we rented in January. Their pricing was better too. The dash board layout was much more modern and the cab was more comfortable (he was the driver). We will be back to rent from them next month as we are moving in stages. Great location too as only 1.5 miles from McCormick Woods.

  I highly recommend this truck rental. They have been in business for over 20 years. Very friendly and they gave us a great deal!

  After arriving with no one in site and no one in an open office we called and were told that that would take care of us later that they had to use the head". No lies. I really don't know who to believe on this platform.NO THANK YOU.

  Great place! Close to the highway and they did me right after Budget in Gig Harbor hosed us over. Ask for Jason. he will take really good care of you. I also heard that the lady below who posted about the dogs was asked to leave after loitering because she was bothering customers. She was not even a Penske customer and the dogs are 5lbs. Common!!
