The employee working here was clearly under the influence and openly threatened every customer about returning trucks after hours—saying there was “an old man on the property with a very large pistol.” When I expressed frustration after waiting over an hour to rent a truck (with others also waiting in line), he told me to leave. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially when I had a job to get to in Port Orchard. For anyone considering renting here, I even took a picture of the individual so people know exactly who they’re dealing with. Penske should not allow someone like this to represent their brand.

My husband got us past this dog who was still barking and growling the place was filthy. Did not bother renting from him. Will not be back
