- AMAlexandra MNov 4, 20251.0High pressure to have all kinds of things done, like air filter replacements that they take out to show you even if you say no - my car started whistling anytime climate control was on after going here and when we went to figure out if it was just seated poorly when we opened the access panel the whole bracket fell out come to find out they broke the bracket and clips to hold the air filter in place. Don’t go here, unless you want to be over charged and have things broken off. This has never happened at the dealer. Huge mistake going here when the dealer was booked out for a month. You will also get the joy of listening to them talk crap about the other locations being incompetent and how none of the other locations do their job and that their up-sales are better etc.
