- KMKelsey MNov 16, 20252.0Alisha, port orchard manager, is very condescending in her calls to me, and flat out lied that I hadn’t asked her about a concern I spoke with her about the week prior. Employee named Tasha is great, works hard and has good customer service. Alisha, however, is not someone who is truthful enough or kind of enough to have a position in leadership. At bare minimum customer service re-education is needed due to her tone and word choice over the phone. She also was not honest about what what class of car is covered by insurance (I pay extra for specific coverage- as confirmed by my insurance). My insurance was confused as to why she was being so difficult as well.

You have 2 women Ashley and And very courteous and professional women I feel so bad I forgot her name but she is also phenomenal. I was a GM for a Billion Dollar Company for 15yrs and customer service is everything. And the staff at Port Orchard Wa gots it. I have had 4 mini strokes , 3 including open heart surgery, 5 hernia surgeries, 2 Cardioversions , tumor in my brain , been shot , and God has heal me, but the road back has been tremendously hard so when you are shown kindness , compassion, phenomenal customer service I have to shout it LOUD . Enterprise Staff at Port Orchard Wa is Like the kids say the Bomb. Lol
