Well the lady who works there she is a bit rude, but honestly she cared a lot about her work and she came to help me with a battery. Than it had a knocking while driving, so I explained and she did get me into a car with all wheel. The car just sucked in water I guess because i was sliding everywhere on the freeway in some rain. Which was wild. Than she tried to get me another and oh my god the next car may of drove better but when I got in it smelt like cigarettes. I said nope girl in keep on his other one you gave me. I felt bad but at the same time there cars really suck and not as expected. I don’t really know how they changed from years of using them but the lady she really went all out for me. She really does deserve that praise. BUT THE CARS SUCK!

- TTTiggJan 27, 20264.0Manager is awesome!!! The gentleman working saturday upon pick up was not nice at ALL. Very opinionated and his way our no way. Should not be dealing with customers. He's not of a detailer kind of person. I am a general manager of a local 85 year old Collision shop. We rent as many as possible Enterprise rentals a week for our customers. I use to be offered by managers a bodyshop discount rate. Now I'm offered i feel like is a disgrace of a discount friends and family. Think I'm paying retail minus a $dollar. Anyways. The rentals are always dirty smell like cigarettes and puke in the back seat. I detail them prior to return but never thanked or acknowledge for it. All good. I'll rent again and again for surf trips. Thank you! How do I very a discount from you????????? I forward your info to ALLLLL INSURANCE companies i work with.
