Despite calling several hours prior to confirm Enterprise was unable or unwilling to pick me up from my insurance’s drop off location, making me wait about an hour for the body shop to be able to drive me. When I arrived, they had changed my requested vehicle (compact SUV) to a much larger vehicle with no notice or offer of alternatives. After that upon completion of repairs, Enterprise attempted to charge me $400 over a holiday weekend when said body shop was closed for the duration. Thanks for the stress, I’ll be going with any other option next time.

Employee named Tasha is great, works hard and has good customer service. Alisha, however, is not someone who is truthful enough or kind of enough to have a position in leadership. At bare minimum customer service re-education is needed due to her tone and word choice over the phone. She also was not honest about what what class of car is covered by insurance (I pay extra for specific coverage- as confirmed by my insurance). My insurance was confused as to why she was being so difficult as well.
