  I was recommend to D&W by family after some less than good experiences with my dealer and Jiffy-lube. I'm so glad I got the recommendations bc Jacob and the team was amazing. Price was very fair for my check-in but ON TOP of the that, the team found a cap issue for my oil, got the new part, and added it. Not only was the price fair for the service but the above and beyond service made that even sweeter. The team also put my mind at ease on something my dealer had recommend for $450+ that they said I did not need right now. This might not be the "15 minute" service you can have at Jiffy but they will be getting my business going forward bc it's not about convenience when it comes to servicing my F150, it's trust. They have it and I look forward to their help in the future.

  Had my car towed there late at night and amazingly they were able to fit me in the schedule and get me back on the road the next day! Super fast, friendly and at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Thanks D&W!

  I have taken all of my vehicles to D&W for 8 years now; gas and diesel. I have received nothing but honest, accurate, and well priced service from Kelly and Jacob. Their techs are excellent, their diagnosis precise and complete . I recommend D&W to all of my friends and family! I have never been dissatisfied with the services received.

  My vehicle’s starter went out, so I had it towed to D&W Auto Repair. I was confident it was the starter and let them know that upfront. What I didn’t realize—being a bit old school and used to my Chilton manual days—is that modern starters are controlled by the ECM and rely on data from various sensors to regulate ignition. The team at D&W didn’t just take my word for it—they properly troubleshot the issue step by step. They first checked to make sure it wasn’t something simple like a dead key fob. Once that was ruled out, they diagnosed the faulty component, ordered the part, and installed it quickly. After installation, they test drove the vehicle and discovered an additional issue, which they also addressed while I was in San Diego. That level of thoroughness really impressed me. Their service was outstanding. They were courteous, highly professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them, and I will definitely be a returning customer if I ever need service again.
