- CUcori udeanJan 3, 20262.0Went store and rented spring compressor. 400+tax. Paid with cash. Purchased a oil sensor, and prepaid for a high pressure power steering line about 200.00 more off my debit card. I was in store by myself. There was another employee female there. It's about a hour before they close . The male employee who was handling the transaction with me didn't have the decency of offering to carry this heavy rental tool out to my vehicle I am closer to 60 than I want to admit. I was beyond words. I just put over 600.00 bucks in there business. And there employee dosent even offer to carry it to my vehicle. Who do you blame the company? The employees parents? Or the employee himself? Did I tell ya I even said oh my goodness this is heavy as I picked it up off the counter. Such poor employee performance. I will return the tool when done with it. And I will take my business somewhere else. Unbelievable service performance. I would of understood if they would of been busy but they weren't. Just stand and watch me leave. Unbelievable. Autozone maybe you need to remind your employees that they have a job because of customers. Try and show some respect and appreciation to them

I cannot remember the name of the person who helped me, but she had long blonde hair and wore diamond jewelry. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. She installed the battery herself quickly and with great skill. Best autozone experience yet!

- SAShannon AmadoSep 21, 20255.0Today had a surprising and great experience with a woman who's name is erinne and a man who's name is mike who works at this store my son and I were trying to make the fair but my windows would not go up and they went beyond to try to help by changing my stuff and trying to get my windows up erinne even treated my son with some candy we did not make the fair but these 2 employees of the store made our day regardless if the problem got fixed they took their time to help
