On April 5th on my flight to Pasco received a call that they had no cars followed by an email that my reservation was cancelled. Poor planning and organization at this facility. Was told to try alternate vendors, not easy to do when on a flight that arrives very late into the area. Extremely frustrating when all that is required is proper execution and planning for reservations. Was informed that this facility is a “multi vendor facility” and handles National, Enterprise and another Company. Recommend avoiding them and utilizing Avis/Budget at this airport.

They showed no consideration for flight delays or cancellations, and offered no solutions or empathy when I explained the situation—just told me there were no cars available and immediately moved on to the next person in line.
