  Be aware that if you’re even slightly late for your scheduled pickup time, they’ll cancel your reservation without any email confirmation or notice. They showed no consideration for flight delays or cancellations, and offered no solutions or empathy when I explained the situation—just told me there were no cars available and immediately moved on to the next person in line.

  Incredible customer service from the young man managing this morning. He had such professionalism, when my reservation went awry. He made sure everything was as it was arranged, and remained composed when I could not. I went from having a good day, to a bad day, to feeling helped in a way that was over and beyond. I only wish I’d gotten his name so he’s sure to receive his flowers- he is an angel, and I am so grateful for the way I was treated, thank you!

  Dear National Car Rental Team, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tabby at your Pasco location for her exceptional service. After a long day of travel—car, subway, train, and two flights—I finally arrived around 9 p.m., completely exhausted. Tabby greeted me with a big smile and such a positive attitude, which was exactly what I needed in that moment. She processed my reservation quickly and had my vehicle ready without delay, making the end of a long journey so much easier. I truly appreciated her kindness and efficiency, and I’ll definitely be renting with National again soon. Thank you, Tabby!
