    Rachel Tackett was the service rep who handled my rental. I could not have been happier about the timely fashion in which she fixed me up with a truly nice truck for the day. She remembered the attachments I didn't have and was extremely well versed on policy and customer service. If Enterprise would hire more like her they would dominated the world.
