    I rented a Toyota Camry The guy was polite and all came outside with me. He was taking pictures of the car. I noticed there was a scratch in the back of the car so I asked him to take some pictures of this and write this down according to that he did not do that so the next day I got a call in the morning from Marco’s as he responded extremely rude to me and asked me how did this scratch happen in the back of the vehicle the approach was rude and for two maybe write the documents down and take better view of your cars before you guys rent them out to people horrible that the client has to point out damages before renting from you guys again see how that is happening. I called Confront about the car never received a callback about what happened Said he’s going to notify the person that rented the car for me I called this morning today with nothing but rude He should be overlooked and definitely watched you guys could’ve easily got a five star review instead you guys get one because of your employee whatever his name is Marcos

    Collision pickup from the shop was quick and the driver was really nice/personable. Marcus at the shop made it quick when getting the car and dropping it off a week later.
