  I took my buddy to this dealership because years ago when it was Russ Dean I purchased a travel trailer there and had a great experience. My friend, had no experience ever owning an RV but was deciding to buy one for the first time. We went there thinking he would buy one of the used trailers we saw online but ultimately landed on a new 2024 RV. Our salesman, did drive us around looking at various trailers and at first seemed like he was more than willing to be flexible and understanding with a new customer, but he literally gave very little information on every trailer we looked at. When my friend found the trailer he wanted The salesman promptly took us back to the dealership and wanted to quickly go through the negotiation on price and financing and so forth. My friend was very specific about how much he wanted to put down he knew what his credit score was which was good and the salesman let us know that he had an engagement that he was trying to get to a personal engagement. We were both very willing to come back the next day. It got to the point where he was really trying to force my friend into agreeing to pay more than my friend wanted to pay and we said to him; Look, we haven't eaten o since this morning (it was now evening) we're going to go have dinner and talk about this and we'll come back tomorrow. The salesman replied; We'll fine if you want to go eat and then back out of the deal that's up to you. And I absolutely lit into him, I said I'm here to support my friend this is a $40,000 decision I think it's reasonable that he wants to go eat dinner and come back tomorrow. Ultimately the finance guy was tied up helping someone else so we had to leave anyway without a deal. But before leaving I told the salesman every time I've ever bought an RV or a car I always get a hat so my buddy would like a hat the salesman rummages through his drawer and says oh I don't have any but I'll go up front and get you one before we're done. Ultimately we left and we got a call from the sales manager who immediately said oh you're going to need to put down way more money and then I can get you financed but ultimately a couple days later he was unable to get my friend financed for that particular RV and my friend settled on his second choice which was roughly $10,000 cheaper which is fine. My friend went back today to do all the paperwork with the finance manager and the salesman wasn't there. The salesman had quoted us $24,000 so when my friend told the finance manager who is now charging him $27,900, that the salesman had quoted him 24,000 the finance manager says well it's not in writing so this is the price. My friend is not a type A personality like I am so he really didn't fight it too much but when he asked about the hat the finance manager said oh we have them for sale you can buy one if you want one. This RV came with absolutely nothing, it did not come with a sewer hose it absolutely came with nothing. I just bought a brand new RV from another dealership and it came with a sewer hose and several extras items that I did not have to pay extra for. They gave my buddy nothing, because he did not buy the let's go camping package that they wanted to sell him for $2,000. When my buddy called me to tell me that he did the deal and he told me all these details I was beside myself and I told him I would have walked out but because they had done a hard pull on his credit obviously and because he had taken a week to get this deal done he felt obligated to buy this trailer. I will never again refer any of my friends to Camping World, my buddy and I work with 550 people and we will never refer any of our coworkers to this RV dealership. Camping world lost our business over something as simple as not honoring the words of their salesperson, not giving a freaking hat with the sale of a brand new RV or a sewer hose it is unbelievable. I find that this place has no integrity especially the salesman and the finance manager.. shame on you camping world. There are plenty of great RV dealerships to buy from, NOT HERE.

  People who work in the parts department are incompetent. I’ve called on several occasions to ask if they have a part, and they say yes over the phone. I then drive 45 minutes only to find out that they don’t have it! This has happened three times in the last six months. I’m never going back.

  We had a appointment with Jason and went very well. He didn't push anything and answered all our questions. Had good conversations with him also.

  The experience was amazing! Everyone was so helpful! Josh was able to explain everything very well, and get us into the trailer we wanted! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful along the way and always was available! Would highly recommend!

  We bought our RV here last year. Sales guy was amazing. Josh walked us through the RV and let us know how to use everything. We also go to them for most maintenance. Their service department has been very easy to work with, very educational!
