  Everyone was cordial and helpful. John was even cleaning the lot when I arrived. Very clean place. Lots of accessories. Washed my trailer and hooked it up. Professional all the way. I highly recommend.

  These are the most knowledgeable people in the entire trailer industry in Washington I've talked to almost every single other trailer sales branches and most of them know nothing like axel type and stuff like that

  Easy purchase my only disappointment was in discussing the trailer I was given an out the door price. I asked if the trailer had a remote that would come with the trailer and was told that it did and was included with the price I was quoted. Turns out it is an additional $350 above the price quoted. The explanation was the sales person thought the corded control was the same as a remote. Other than that everything was as described.

  I did a ton for research before visiting Olympic Trailer & Truck and narrowed my choices to a Lamar 5x10 mini-dump. Gary happily showed me the actual trailer, answered a few questions I had then we went back inside to complete the sale. The Title and registration process was made quick and easy by a very competent and pleasant woman but I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. I arranged to pick up my new trailer the next day and when I arrived I decided to add a spare tire plus I needed to upgrade my towing equipment to exceed the trailer’s 10K rating. They had everything in stock and when they brought my trailer to the front of the lot a few minutes later, they’d already mounted the spare tire. Two very efficient young guys prepped the trailer by torquing all the wheel lug nuts, attaching the trailer including the ball and coupler, safety chains, and breakaway switch to my truck, then testing the trailer lighting. No lights. Unfazed, they retrieved a testing kit from the shop and began troubleshooting and quickly determined the problem was in my truck’s electrical system. We checked the basics, switches, connections and fuses - still no joy. Then Kyle came out to assist. Of course it was raining and the parking lot was wet and muddy but that didn’t stop Kyle from digging deeper by laying under my truck to check 7 pin socket wiring. Kyle quickly determined that my truck’s socket was the issue and, like a true professional, he quickly removed mine and replace it with a new one, with no hesitation or drama. This might seem routine to many but I’ve spent a great deal of time working in the trades and young men like Kyle are an unbelievably rare commodity. While everyone at Olympic Trailer & Truck was great, Kyle was responsible for completing my transaction with absolute satisfaction and getting me on the road quickly and safely. I’ll be disappointed if the boss doesn’t, at the very least, take him to the nearby taco truck for lunch today.
