- JRJamie Rose3 days ago1.0I have been going to enterprise for years on vacation. It is the only rental car company I have ever used. The one in Olympia is horrible. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled out. Insurance covered the rental. The person who took down my registration told me to pick up at 7:30 when they opened the next morning.. by the time I got there they put down the wrong day. So I had to call my ride back to pick me up because they didn't have any thing available. When I finally got a car. It was a hybrid elantra that you have to drop down into and pull yourself up out of to get in and out. Basically sitting on the ground. My back was injured in my car accident (not at fault) and so I called and asked for the next size up. A corolla or Altima. (Both cars i have rented before). Not only did the manager come on and try to make me feel stupid for asking saying they are the same height. But also that they may have it the next day. I never heard back from them. I'm still waiting for my payout to buy a new car and my rental is up on Monday... I have to pay out of pocket for the rest of the time until I can get a new car. I'm definitely not going back to this enterprise. I'll check out Budget or Avis.

- NMNishan MaApr 5, 20262.0I was charged an extra $50 for gas. The tank was only half full when I rented the car, but after returning it, I was overcharged because they claimed it wasn’t full. Fortunately, I took a photo before renting the car and was able to send it as proof to get a refund.
