- HWHendrik WohlgemuthFeb 20, 20265.0I cant recommend this location enough. I have had a terrible time with a car i bought from an awful dealership in lakewood. It had a broken windshield when I bought it. Per the purchase agreement, they were going to fix it. TLDR after 4 months, 3 "fixes", and a massive leak in the windshield, I had enough. Safelights master technician was able to diagnose the problem AND show it to me in under 5 minutes, out of just courtesy to me. He also talked about getting it fixed and walked me through making a claim with my insurance to help. While my insurance ended up NOT helping (because what is insurance actually good for) i still ended up going with them. The person I talked to on the phone to schedule my appointment was incredibly kind and empathetic, and helped me get this nightmare resolved in a manner that was more than satisfactory. If you need glass, go to this Safelight location. And never buy a car from sketchy lakewood dealerships with a 3 in their name.
