  If I could give Safelite zero stars, I would. I called at 6:05pm EST on a Friday. Your voicemail clearly states you are open until 7pm EST, yet no one answered and the office was effectively closed. Publishing business hours that are not honored is misleading and creates real consequences for customers trying to coordinate time-sensitive situations. My vehicle is currently in your possession, and I needed nothing more than the direct phone number to the shop. I am actively undergoing cancer treatment, and my treatment ran longer than expected, preventing me from arriving as originally planned. This is a legitimate medical circumstance, not an inconvenience. Despite that, your system blocks customers from contacting the shop directly and forces them through automated barriers with no access to actual staff. When a company has custody of a customer’s vehicle, refusing to provide direct communication or accurate availability shows a complete lack of accountability. There is no excuse for making customers chase basic information about their own property — especially while dealing with serious medical treatment. I expect Safelite corporate leadership or regional management to review this failure in communication and contact me directly. This experience reflects serious deficiencies in customer access, transparency, and operational integrity. Until those are corrected, customers should understand exactly what they are risking when they hand their vehicle over to Safelite.

  Customer service was fantastic. The technician who checked out my windshield he explained what they were going to do and no one was completed. He brought me out. He showed me all the work you did and how to take care of it. I really liked the website how intuitive it was to schedule the appointment, putting in my insurance information and everything was all taken care of with a little effort, we’re definitely go back and highly recommend their services in the future.

  Fantastic service! Appointment was less then 3 hours to replace my front windshield Appreciated the communication via text to make sure they got the right vin number for the glass accuracy

  Thank you! Ill soon be able to drive my baby around. My only complaint is about the before my appointment. My original appointment was cancelled the day of, they offered me to come in and I attempted too (car is almost finished being repaired from a accident and hasn't really been driven in 5 months) I ended up overheating on the way there and had to reschedule not really safelites fault but just something I thought to mention.
