Super annoying, but I’ve stopped fueling my truck or spending money at truck stops that don’t have a free way to refill water bottles and try and force you to spend money on drinks. Typically just stick with Loves and worse case TA and only use Pilot/Flying J for parking if it’s a last resort.

- KTKat TAOct 21, 20251.0Won't let you shower if you aren't a Comercial Truck Driver. Been to so many truck stops including Pilots before and I've never had this issue before. I walked in and asked if I would be able to pay for the shower and the woman at the front said "Are you a commercial truck driver?" and when I said no, she said "If you aren't one then you can't use the shower. new policy as of a few years ago." Either this place doesn't care or doesn't know the amount of people in RVs (like me) that rely on being able to take showers at places like this. Terrible place, don't give them your money. You should be ashamed of yourself Pilot and change your website to actually reflect your shower policies if they've changed because right now it says anyone welcome and I sure as hell didn't feel welcomed.

I really hope they can continue to drive profits by requiring customers to do the work they used to pay people to do at the expense of customer experience. Time to find another spot.
