Picked up my car from the Olympia Washington Pacific Ave location and they were really nice the whole thing was super easy and Enterprise made it so smooth. I would definitely go through Enterprise again

I highly recommend using Enterprise car rental, especially the business 2808 Pacific Avenue SE Olympia, WA. Everyone there are kind, considerate, friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and they picked me up and brought me home.

Would have been 5 stars but vehicle i was given had a large rock chip in windshield right in my line of sight and was distracting the entire time I was driving. Chip was identified during pre rental inspection and was not a concern for enterprise. Would have like to have seen them be proactive and take that vehicle off the fleet and repaired before renting again.

My dad's car is getting worked on so he needed to rent a car for a week in the meantime. We initially went with Budget, however upon picking up the car the staff had a horrible attitude and despite accepting "debit" cards, they would not accept my father's chime bank debit card. We left discouraged and strapped for time. I found this Enterprise location online and called to confirm they would accept Chime, the man on the phone was very helpful and informed us they not only accept Chime debit but also Chime credit builder. We made an online reservation and went to pick up the car within 30 minutes. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Caitlyn at the front desk was a breath of fresh air! She was kind, informative, and just had an amazing attitude (a far cry from the Budget staff). We were in and out in 10-15 minutes. The process really was incredibly fast and easy, we left Budget at 10:00 stopped home and had a car from Enterprise at 11:00. The vehicle was excellent! It was clean, runs great, and everything works. We will definitely be using this Enterprise location for our future rental needs (we do a lot of camping in the summer and like to have an SUV). Thank you so much to Caitlyn and team for saving our day today! You all are amazing!
