I was given a nice car, a clean car, Nissan Altima, but I soon realized that the car was really low to the ground for me-I’m disabled, some bad back and leg issues from a military injury and realized I wouldn’t be able to get into and out of the Altima easily, it’s like 6 inches off the ground. He helped me out when I explain what was up, it was a bit embarrassing to admit! But Alex assured me it wasn’t an issue, and got me an upgrade to a taller SUV. He offered to swap out the vehicles and he brought it over my home once it was ready, I appreciate it so much. I even cried a little because it was so nice to help out like this (I am a big softy thank you) Thanks Enterprise! Thanks Alexander! Over the years, my adult years, I’ve used Enterprise in my personal and professional life, both military and civilian- I’d say over all I’ve had more bad experiences with other rental car places. Enterprise has been cool with me. The Olympia location deserves some recognition-they’re doing a good job.

It turned out that enterprise thought that they were meeting me at the CARSTAR in Yelm. CARSTAR drove me to the enterprise that had the reservation for my rental car (carriage loop), enterprise (carriage loop) asked if I had met the drop off point in Yelm CARSTAR. I say, “no, that I thought they were meeting me where I was dropping off my car, at the CARSTAR on pacific.”. I was then shuttled to the enterprise car rental near the CARSTAR I was just at. They received two stars because they ended up upgrading me. Enterprise was close to a one star.
