    I'm very pleased with the cars.They're always clean the staff at Olympia are always nice and friendly and patient. And the price for the rentals are very reasonable

    Although we came at the last minute, just before closing, the manager, Justin Nelson, was very helpful and made everything a breeze! We had no issues and enjoyed the car. I highly recommend this business.

    Good timely service to pick me up at my residence and obtain a rental car after MVA that my USAA insurance covered so I could make my appointment at VA hospital in Tacoma. The only issue I noted was the preferred economy car was not available and the gas tank was less than 3/4 full.

    Have been renting from Enterprise at the Capitol Auto Mall (Olympia, WA) for a few years and when I went to get me car, the manager told me that I was on the "Do Not Rent" list because my daughter (an unauthorized driver) brought the last rental back and the car had damage. Number one: I DON'T HAVE A DAUGHTER. Number 2: I HAVE NEVER DAMAGED A CAR EVER.

    Just a horrible place with a horrible manager. I have been an Enterprise customer for as long as they have been around. I also used them when I was in the insurance claims business. They used to be a decent company but they missed the mark with a manager (Zach). Zach's staff called us on a Sunday reminding us we needed to pick up a vehicle Monday morning at 8AM sharp or there would be consequences. When my wife arrived they suddenly "discovered an error" which they tried to blame on the insurance company even though they made it clear we needed to be there ASAP Monday. Zach, who described himself as being "with the home office" (obviously not true) has an apparent dislike of women and was nasty and overbearing with my wife. After looking into this matter it was discovered that Enterprise made the error and simply wouldn't admit to it. After talking to some colleagues in the insurance business, Enterprise has had some issues with poor promotion practices. Thankfully there is another rental car company on the west side of Olympia now with more legit management staff.
