    Need a rental car for the holiday but cant get one without an In-State drivers license OR a credit card... I dont have a credit card and a debit card isnt allowed with an out of state license. Very disappointed!

    I received excellent customer service from the moment I was picked up from my home transported to enterprise, to the selection of the vehicle, to finalization of the transaction. Everyone was professional, and had smiles on their faces. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Hayden, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. The process was easy and didn't take long. Everything was explained fully. I would highly recommend. I know their rates are a few dollars more per day than other local rentals, and I would gladly pay this for the customer service I received. I will not be renting elsewhere as long as this team continues to operate in the same way. Can't say enough positive things about my rental experience here!!!
