  Made a reservation, spent $45 in cab fare to get there, then found out they didn't have a car. Very frustrating.

  I needed to rent a vehicle to get home for Christmas after mine broke down. I reserved a vehicle 2 days prior to picking up the rental. When I arrived at the location on the pick up day, which is a hour away from where I live, I was told that they over reserved the vehicles and they had no vehicles available to give me. I never received a phone call or any kind of communication from the location letting me know that they would not be able to accommodate my reservation. The communication and customer service was horrible and will never be returning to this location for rentals in the future.

  Terrible customer service. I booked a reservation a week in advance. Booked a family vehicle for 7 passengers. I called the day of, about 20 minutes before my arrival time to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late. During that phone call they tell me that unfortunately they were not going to be able to have a vehicle for me. They didnt even take the time to call me themselves as soon as they opened their facility to tell me the bad news. They told me that they would try their best to get me a vehicle from their other locations and hopefully have everything resolved by the time I arrived. Sounded very hopeful…however, when I arrived they had not even called any of their locations yet. The guy assisting basically told me there was nothing they could do about the situation. I asked him to please call around because I had a trip booked for Leavenworth and really needed an all wheel drive family vehicle to get there. They had me sitting around for over an hour with no resolution. The guy was prioritizing other phone calls instead of trying to help me out. I ended up having to figure things out on my own and was able to reserve a vehicle through Turo. Im mostly upset at the fact that they did not even take their time to let me know on time that they were not going to be able to provide a vehicle for me and on top of that didn’t even bother to help me find a resolution. They were so nonchalant about the situation. If you are ever looking for an affordable car rental don’t even bother with enterprise. Turo is so much more affordable and they have quite the variety in car rentals.

  Kenneth at Enterprise took good care of us before and after our rental transaction. He was professional and didn't push too hard. I would recommend Enterprise for your rental needs in Olympia at the Auto Mall off Cooper Point road.

  We made a reservation for an all wheel drive SUV. When we arrived to pick it up, they had rented it to someone else. Horrible service, will never use enterprise again.
