They sold me a battery charger so I could get my battery charged and told me to ride back so they could hook up a volt meter to see if it was charging while running. In the end the bike wasn't charging the battery. They were able to get me somewhat of an answer on a Sunday so I could figure out my next steps. I really appreciated the help!
