  These guys in Oak Harbor are going BEST! I rent a car every month to get to important Dr Appointments and I have NEVER had one single problem. The staff is amazing, the cars are always clean and run great. We show up and in 5 minutes we’re on our way! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!

  After an insurance company refused to pay for the rental car they agreed to put me in (which was arranged and billed to them, not me, and indicated on the rental agreement), I refused to pay for it since it was supposed to be covered. Enterprise refused to collect payment from them, despite them being the ones who were listed as the responsible party for payment. They told me that they were refusing payment, so I had to pay. I told them to work it out with the insurance company, because their refusal to pay their bill isn't on me. This was years ago now, and my car was recently hit. The responsible party's insurance set up the repairs and rental car, which was Enterprise in Oak Harbor, because that's the only local rental company we have. I was picked up at the repair shop and they drove me back to the office just to tell me I was on the "Do Not Rent" list, so I'd need to leave. Not only do they go after you if the responsible party fails to pay THEIR bill, but they also enjoy being complete jerks. Instead of telling both the insurance and the body shop that they wouldn't be renting to me, and leaving me there to figure it out, they decided to pick me up and take me to their office. Immediately upon entering, prior to saying my name, or providing any type of explanation or documentation, the arrogant employee behind the desk seemed to enjoy announcing the list I was on and how they knew they wouldn't be renting to me long before they came to get me. I asked why he even brought me there, to which he responded that they've tried calling to collect payment several times. I made my position on that clear, so while they may have tried to call to get payment in the past, they definitely didn't call my insurance, myself, OR the body shop, to let me know that they wouldn't provide me a car. All 3 of us were under the impression everything was set and fine - they knew they weren't going to rent a vehicle to me, were given my name by insurance and again by the body shop when the pickup call was requested, and yet they still came to get me. that they wasted my time and put me in that position. Even though I don't feel I should be the one they come after, when the party responsible ditches their bil, I debated paying the other party's bill just to clear things up... But, decided against it because of him, his horrible attitude, and how much he clearly gets off on making others feel like crap. It really solidified what type of business they run there. Even if it ever gets cleared up, I wouldn't risk it ever again with this company.

  I have rented from this location multiple times and never had a bad experience until today, but it was egregious. The younger blonde employee working the front kept telling us he couldn't verify our documents and needed to read our mail. We brought in multiple pieces of mail like our tax documents, insurance bills, bank statements, registered voter mail, lease, and multiple others, but the employee kept pressing us to open them and let him read them or else he would not allow us to rent the car. I asked him to call his manager but he did not do so in front of us, and claimed the branch manager was agreeing with him. I called the customer service line and they said the employee should only have asked for 1-2 pieces of mail, and should never need to read them, only verify the name and address on the outside.

  had an excellent experience at the Enterprise rental car location in Oak Harbor, WA, thanks to Bobby. From start to finish, Bobby was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole rental process quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. If you’re renting from this location, ask for Bobby—you’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be coming back!
