But this is an unusual and excellent customer service experience so I am taking the time, hoping that this employee gets recognized for his hard work an excellent attitude. I came in on this evening because my tail light was out. Carl said let’s take a look at your car and check all of your lights. We checked all the lights in my truck to find out. I actually had another light that needed to be replaced. He found the selection of bulbs that needed replacing and replaced the bulbs in my truck then he wouldn’t let me leave till we checked all my lights to make sure everything was working. I didn’t ask for him to put those in my truck he just offered. He went above and beyond just the entire experience was amazing. I can tell that he likes what he does and I really hope that he is recognized for his amazing work ethics. He shows true leadership and management values when it comes to an employee, an excellent and customer service.
