  Very prompt and professional! I left my phone in the shuttle vehicle and they were kind enough to bring it to my work and drop it off! I would recommend Gateway Automotive!

  I recently went to Gateway Automotive to have the 150,000-mile maintenance completed on my 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. I also had a few concerns I was hoping their team could take a look at. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Avonly at the front desk. Right away, I felt like I was in the right place. She was bubbly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Most importantly, I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and made sure they were clearly communicated to the mechanic. Throughout the entire process, Avonly did an outstanding job keeping me informed with updates. Even when an unexpected delay meant my vehicle wouldn’t be ready by the weekend, she went above and beyond by offering options to make sure I wouldn’t be left without transportation if I needed it. Because of the excellent customer service I experienced—and the quality of the work done on my vehicle—I will definitely be bringing my business back to Gateway Automotive. Experiences like this make all the difference, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.

  I have never felt my repair needs more prioritized by a shop, than I have with Gateway Automotive. I recently read the review by Amie, and Nancy Schwer, and am surprised. I’m of the opinion that they came in to get some work done, but were frustrated when your technicians, while inspected these cars heading into their repairs, made notes detailing what else should be addressed with them. All repairs that I have had done here, have been at my discretion. I very much appreciate it when I’m provided with a complete picture of what my car needs/will be needing. The staff from the front desk, all the way back to the shop techs, have given me as much time as I need to ask questions in order to gain a full bodied picture of my vehicle from that point forward. The costs of therepairs and maintenance that we are most obviously aware of, can shake us up on their own merit. It can feel worse, when you find out that your vehicle may need further repairs. Hopefully Gateway doesn’t have to suffer any bad review for their 360° comprehensive service advice. They have always stood by their work with me, and bend over backwards to do their very best to explain the cost/benefits of the work they recommend.

  Went to get a price quote for some new spark plugs they did a diagnostic that showed a bunch of codes. Making it look like there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Was told I'm afraid your car is like a onion once we peel away the layers we'll find more and more things..lol... I could see that the codes were just sensor issues NOT MECHANICAL! Double-checked with chat GPT and 90% of what was shown pages and pages error codes were simply worn out sensors. I.E sensors that let you know if your head light is out or your tire pressure is getting low. The rest were codes that told me I needed my spark plugs changed, that I already knew. They give you a "free diagnostic" and then want you to spend $$ money on repairs that are unnecessary. As an American we need to help each other not take advantage. Shame on you!
