  Had to call AAA for an update because their original tow company couldn't do it, and their website wouldn't update, but Budget Towing picked it up! Kenneth (driver) was absolutely wonderful! Extremely professional, skilled, and positive kid, not awkward at all, which really helps when you're stranded on the side of the road, and stuck with a stranger in a truck from Burlington to Maple Falls!

  Josh was very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got our car unstuck in a lot of mud and was able to get it back to our house safely and quickly. Thank you a million budget towing for fast friendly and skilled service!

  Just had the easiest and most friendly tow from Kenneth (Kid) and I highly recommend this company and the driver. He was 10 mins early and efficient and professional yet super down to earth and made the drive from Everett to month Vernon smooth and not awkward! Thanks

  GOD BLESS the entire staff of BUDGET (Johnson's) TOWING! On Thursday Oct 30 205 myself, wife and 17year old Cat were travelling Down the i-5 south (From BC CANADA) towing our 26ft Travel Trailer with our CHEV TAHOE. We had a Terrible Accident on the I-5. The Team that showed up to the Carnage on the Highway were so Professional. They sincerely CARED about my wife & cat. They did a great job keeping us safe - Along with State Police and Fire Dept. The owner "DAN" filled us in on having access to our personal belongings being keep safe in their impound yard. He provided advice while dealing with ICBC (Insurance) etc. DAN, DWAYNE ( Doesnt talk much! LOL) the Road Side Guy who's making new life in US from Honduras, the Staff back at the Yard (Young man just married)..... THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I believe my wife was in SHOCK for Days. She however, kept being so emotional about how nice the Driver was who let her and Isabella Stay in his Tow Truck ( Yes, I am Crying right now). THANK YOU SIR! its scary as hell standing on the shoulder of the road, looking at your dreams destroyed! While working with insurance and things from the Marriott Fairfield ..... These guys HELPED stopped the INSURANCE COMPANY from trying to TAKE MY BELONGINGS AWAY before ti could make any logical choices. All they care about is "Saving Money". BUDGET CARED ABOUT US!!!!! Thank you DAN and STAFF! I will never forget the generosity, Respect and Kindness you gave us. There is an old saying: "I HOPE TO NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN" - lol cause the circumstances involved accident. Well, I hope to see any one of you guys (No Accidents) and Shake your hands again for all the Compassion, Professionalism and Help. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ps: Seem Everyone in the Burlington, Mount Vernon community all say how GREAT YOU GUYS ARE. THE TRUTH is the TRUTH!
