I came to this Auto Zone one night when we were having a HEAVY rainstorm and my wipers weren't working properly so I stopped to get new ones. The store had about 10 minutes until closing time and upon buying the wiper I told the guy that I wasn't exactly sure how to put it on and I wanted to see if he could kinda guide me through it so I didn't have another issue with not being able to see anything while driving. The guy behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they close in 10 minutes so he wasn't willing to help me real fast! I really thought that was a part of what customer service is all about and what an auto parts person is supposed to do when a customer doesn't know how to install a part themselves? I wasn't asking for someone to rebuild my engine or anything, I just needed help putting on a windshield wiper really fast so I could see where I was going and be able to drive home safely without any problems or incidents!! The guy said sorry but I'm gonna be closed in 10 minutes so I can't help you just follow the directions in the package! How the hell am I supposed to read what it says in the damn dark! So I went outside and struggled to try and put my windshield wipers on! As I was struggling to do this, the employees came outside to leave and sat and watched me struggling as they sat and warmed up their cars and watched while I struggled to install my windshield wiper and get drenched from the rain!!! It took me about 30 minutes to do something that could've been done in about 3 minutes had one of the employees been willing to assist me for a couple minutes! The way that they treated me was ridiculous to say the least! I would give them a zero if I could or even go in the negative if it were possible..... A little compassion for other people can go a long way and make a big difference in the long run....

I went into the store for some headlight replacements a d came out to a dead battery or a starter issue. Anna was very helpful She tested the battery and it showed ok She offered a battery jump starter, still no start. She helped with some other suggestions and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Awesome job by Anna!

As a former autozone employee myself, I am beyond disappointed in this location. I have always recommended autozone to friends and family after having worked alongside the people I did and seen the standards we were held to, and so when my mothers headlights went out her way home from work this evening, my first suggestion was oh just stop on in at the zone and ask em to throw a new pair in. She drives a Toyota and the 9012 bulb replacement is about as an easy and straightforward of a replacement as it gets. However, she has carpal tunnel so isn’t able to do so herself and I wasn’t there to help her do it, nor was she able to “get a mechanic to do it” at 8pm on her drive home from work when they went out, as the employees at this location told her to do. It’s just super disappointing to hear the dismissive remarks made such as “no we can’t help you change your bulbs, we aren’t mechanics” when she went in for a second time to ask for help after calling me, and me confirming that they should be able to help with a simple bulb replacement and maybe there was some miscommunication on what she was asking. I changed probably hundreds of bulbs during my time at autozone, the only time we ever turned someone down was if it were too complicated of a replacement, and it’s sad that in a moment of relying on that same standard, it was met with such rude dismissal. Maybe that standard has changed, maybe it’s just this location, but it’s good to know for future reference.

Every time I pull in the lot it’s filled with trash they clearly never clean the parking lot and it really reflects in the service you receive here.

I went to this AutoZone many times now and I must say every time I go in there I have had amazing customers service experience. I'm always greeted first thing and asked if I need help and not just that but they always go above and beyond the call of duty to help me and make sure I get what I need and everything I need to go with it since I don't have a clue. I will continue to give them my business and thankyou to all who help with this last problem with the fuel injector on my car this last time I never would have figured it out without these guys taking there time and helping me. So thanks again and keep up the great work.
