  I was helped by a young man named dakota and I had a bunch of issues with my car and he told me everything that I would need to know and got me the best deals for what I needed. Will be coming in again

  So I went to purchase something here and the guy working there wouldn't return it and proceed to get very aggressive and yelling at me. On top of that I later realized I could get the parts for half the price online.

  I was just helped by a young man named Dakota and he came outside after closing when it was raining and helped me with a engine test and replaced my windshield wipers.he takes his job seriously will come in again.

  went to auto zone on 01/22/2026 to drop off my battery for a friend because she has been without her car for a few days now. left it there overnight just to make sure it would be fully charged. I go to put it in her car for her and no charge coming from the battery when i was told when i picked it up that it was charged and ready to go. I have been told not to take batteries there for this reason but i did it anyway cause i didn't want to believe other people (lesson learned). they should not do this to people. So my son tells me I'm surprised they didn't say that the battery was no good cause i guess those are also words they like to use.
