- JSJ SNov 14, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. Made reservations weeks in advance, they didn’t contact us and upon arrival simply said “we don’t have any cars”. The worst part is they didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Avoid at all costs or have a backup plan.

Despite me providing them with the time stamped photos showing the same damage in question upon pickup. I received a voicemail the following morning after drop off and was advised car looks great and they are issuing my deposit back. Received my deposit a few days later but also a 3k bill 2 months later. Here the photos from morning of pickup before the vehicle left their lot which are the same damages they are attempting to charge me.
