  I had a reservation for 5pm, I got there at 5:02pm and they couldn’t assist me. Then why did I have the option of 5pm? Maybe they need to change it to 4:45pm?? What a waste of money and time!!! Lost a flight… thanks enterprise !!!

  Staff was very professional and helpful. I was able to pick up and drop off the vehicle quickly.

  Absolutely horrible. Made reservations weeks in advance, they didn’t contact us and upon arrival simply said “we don’t have any cars”. The worst part is they didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Avoid at all costs or have a backup plan.

  The staff was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed & were completely satisfied!!
