I called her in front of the worker and asked her to come. He knew she was paying. I tried to do it again today being told i wasnt allowed to do that.he said ***ohhhh that's super not allowed** They left me in a pinch on the day of a big event. Im livid! They knew my child was paying.... im on her bank account and there should not have been an issue. Now im here with pissed family because our plans are ruined! I went to the bank to get documentation in hopes it would work and within an hour they rented out the truck and when we arrived he wouldn't even look at the paperwork just said sorry it's rented we dont hsve any replacement vehicles! Did everything online making me in and out in less then 10 min. Absolutely hated the vehicle(2023 jeep renegade) returned it 12 hours later and thry gsve me a 2025 Nissan altima and I LOVED it. I was out in under 5 min and the process was great. Will be back for any rentals needed in thr future. Price was great too!
