  I took my WRX in (post purchase inspection). I was treated very disrespectfully, tech was very rude, gave me no information to go off of. Messed up my radiator pipes and I had to get my car towed home. On top of that the gentleman at the front desk said "I hate WRXs, I don't even like them in the shop". I will not be returning to Monroe Foreign auto for any reason. Please treat customers with respect regardless of the condition of the vehicle. People take the car in for help, not to be ridiculed. Also saying you hate the car and don't like them in the shop is incredibly rude as well. All I got out of the experience was a high diagnostic fee, got made fun of for buying the car, and a 400 tow home. This place is awful if you have any car pre-2020. Don't take any older car in! I had the same issue when I took my Audi in as well, made every problem worse somehow.

  When my car was in distress, they fixed it at a fair price, did quality work, and were transparent throughout the process. I'm thankful for their service.

  Had CVT transmission fluid drained and filled with my preference of genuine Honda fluid. Also had brake fluid flushed and refilled. They were very quick and I love the texting service they have that shows the inspection report with photos of each step along the way. They didnt try to force any unnecessary upsells and they were honest when recommending an oil change and showed me the dirty oil. Showed me that my air filters looked good and did not recommend replacement. Very thorough free inspection included. Car is running smooth. 2017 honda civic. I feel good after doing business with them. Would go back when needing specific services in the future.

  Very professional shop. They gave a detailed report with pictures and steps they took to diagnose the issues with my Yukon. Quick turn around. We were customers of another trusted shop in monroe for years before they retired last month. Very happy to have a new trusted shop in town.

  They are always very honest and will work with you on prioritizing work based on your budget and also not do work that isn't really needed. I trust them. I also appreciate their follow-up with me and making sure everything is going well after a service. They are also great at sending reminders for follow-up services. Their customer service is fantastic.
