- BBboo boo5 days ago5.0The workers here were amazing, It was antonio and another guy aswell, they helped me out an reassured me when I didnt know what I was doing. They were both very polite and kind, I got an oil change, transmission fluid exchange, and an fuel system cleaning. After one of the services, he (the other guy, not antonio) had me turn my car on to let if run for a few minutes, and in the middle of my car running he started washing my windows, and the windows on the other cars there aswell. He said “I want you all driving safe out there, I want you all to be able to see” After the service I had for my first time there, I will definitely be back!

Back in August I needed my transmission fluid swapped, so I went over to Jiffy Lube in Monroe because on their website it said they did this service. But when I pulled up they said they weren't able to because i dont have a dipstick and go to snohomish location. Went there, they said they could. Few months later im being told my transmission fluid was way over due. Which means jiffy lube didnt do anything and still charged me for the service. Unacceptable.

The last oil change I had here, a worker walked off the job in the middle of my car being serviced. The gentleman who was still there, took care of me and the lady next to me who had young kids in her car. Gave us both waters on a really warm day and got us out as quickly and efficiently as he could. Today, is just the same! The guys were fast and helpful. 5 stars to them from me :)
