    I had an excellent experience at Enterprise thanks to Neo and Lucas. I had scheduled a rental because my car was in the shop after a minor accident, and when I arrived a few minutes early for my 8 AM pickup, Neo greeted me right away with a pleasant and upbeat attitude. He was friendly, funny, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Neo walked me through all of my vehicle options, brought me outside so I could look at them in person, and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs. He also clearly explained the coverage and protection options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. When it was time to return the vehicle, both Lucas, the branch manager, and Neo greeted me again. The drop-off process was just as smooth and efficient. They were patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Customer service like this makes a stressful situation so much better. Thank you both for your outstanding help — it truly made a difference!

    The car was good. The Rep was very friendly. What i cannot fathom is why rental car companies do not fill up the tank. What eventually happens is we end up filling up too much because filling 3/4 empty tank is not an exact science, and we lose 10-15 dollars out of our pocket, OR we end up filling it up to less than what was there previously (again not an exact process) and we get penalized for it. Sounds like a way to fleece your customers.Very SCAMY

    I had a great experience working with Lucas and Neo—they were both wonderful and made the rental process smooth and pleasant. My only concern was with the car itself. The speedometer and CarPlay display didn’t match exactly—for example, when the car showed 71 mph, CarPlay indicated 68 mph. Additionally, the cruise control had a slight delay; when I raised the speed, it didn’t adjust immediately but rather a second later, sometimes causing the car to accelerate more than expected. This unfortunately led to a speeding ticket near California. Overall, I really appreciated the excellent service from Lucas and Neo. I hope Enterprise can provide guidance or tips on these vehicle quirks, as I normally drive responsibly and this was an unusual situation.
