- APAdam Pullar6 days ago5.0I normally hate going to these quick oil change places, I've only ever used Jiffy Lube in the past, because they always try to sell you on extras, "upgrades", and add-ons. My visit to this Valvoline has changed my mind entirely. While I still prefer to do my own maintenance I will 100% use and recommend this location when necessary. Friendly technicians who speak to you like a person, did not try to up-sell me for the sake of it, and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and safely. I heard them double confirming fasteners removed, then the fasteners tightened by location and bit size, they had me start my car after the initial fill to make sure the new oil filled any air pockets, they checked the fill level, topped up as needed, they showed me the dip stick fill level after everything was done. I wish I would've gotten their names but I believe it was the manager and a skinny guy ~6' tall with a great mustache. Thank you, The dude with the 2012 Ford Focus
