To make matters worse, the towel station is frequently empty, so I can’t even wipe down the areas that were missed. If you’re charging for a membership, the wash quality and basic supplies like towels should be reliable. Pretty disappointing experience so far. Considering cancelling the membership if this is how the car wash is ran on a consistent basis.
