- KDKylie DavisNov 11, 20251.0There is a woman there who gets off at telling people “your car is ready for pickup” you show up and she’s smiling why you’re wanting to cry. It would be great to know these I had to pay more than my deductible before showing up. Wasting time and gas with an ugly smile is beyond weird. I’m great with customer service the mechanic are here. But she will cut you off barely explain and just hold a piece of paper smiling. Do they have compassion or grace? No no they do not. She charged us the deductible, but we are suppose to get a fat check that includes the deductible. So if we get the check than they have to pay us deductible. If we all are waiting for a check why didn’t have to pay the deductible for you too still hold on to my car. Weird.
