    Do not do business with enterprise. We had a rental car that the battery or something died. The car would not start and they would not come out. And help us or give us another car, it was our problem. Which I missed work $700 day, then I tried to take it back, and the employee told me, oh that's how that type of car runs. They wouldn't change vehicles for me. Do not go to enterprise, go anywhere else. Try to say you the headache and hassle. They are not a good company. They don't care about their customers. They just leave them stranded and then let them this work. They say that they'll pick you up. Well, they won't even pick you up. If their car breaks down What kind of business is that to make me lose my business.I don't come and take food out of their family's mouth.Why do they do it to me?And then they don't even care about it.And then they charge us more

    The rep was very nice when I went to pickup the car. Very personable. The same when we dropped it off. We had just extended our rental the day before when we got the call that my husband's truck was ready from the garage. When we dropped it off the same day we originally had, the representative was so nice and said that we would only get charged the original amount. Everyone there is so nice!
